The final of the Bennett Foursome Cup

The final of the Bennett Foursome Cup again drew a good crowd, the final between Ladies Club Champion & Cheshire County player Megan Sumner & Jane Burke and Helen Close & Julie Dunn. Megan and Jane got off to a flier of a start being 3 up after 4 holes however some steady golf from Julie and Helen made a game of it stood on the 18th only 1 down, Megan and Jane eventually winning the match.
