Players need to have completed six competition rounds before they can be considered for a prize.
Players must submit their completed scorecard after finishing their round. This card needs to be:
Fully checked and signed by both the player and the marker.
Placed in the competition box.
Non-return of scorecards is unacceptable unless:
There is a valid reason (e.g., injury or illness). In this case, the card should be marked to reflect the situation.
Players must start at their allocated tee time. Starting before or after this time is a breach of Rule 5:3A of the Rules of Golf, and the penalty for this is disqualification.
If a player withdraws after the competition close date:
The entry fee remains due.
The player may face a two-week competition ban (subject to appeal).

Entry is limited to a maximum Handicap Index of 54.0.
