The Building
The original Clubhouse was built in 1926 with the financial assistance of Brunner Mond and Company. Its external style followed that of a traditional Cheshire farmhouse; an insurance policy for the time. As the Club thrived and the membership increased, extensions and facilities were added, particularly in recent years, but the character and aesthetics have been maintained. It is a Clubhouse for golfers.
Except for the changing rooms, all the public rooms are non-restricted. In addition to modern locker and changing rooms, there are two bar lounges and on the first floor, two dining rooms. Facilities are routinely modernised and the lounges were recently refurbished, renovated and decorated.
The Facilities
The House can accommodate meetings, functions and events across a range of menus and prices. You can contact us on 01606 883247 Extn. 3 or emailing us on housemanager@sandiwaygolf.co.uk and any member of the House Team will be pleased to respond to your enquiry. There are two car parks providing adequate spaces for all events. Visitors are reminded to obtain the exit barrier code from either the Professional's shop or from the bar prior to leaving.
Members and visitors are provided with complementary shower towels. Used towels should be placed in the bins provided.

Bar Stock
A range of beers, wines and spirits is stocked sufficient to meet most tastes and needs. In particular, well-kept cask-conditioned ale is available.

The Clubhouse Menu, as well as daily specials, are available as shown through the link below. Catering outside these hours is by prearranged agreement. Sandwiches and cold snacks can be provided after 5:00 pm if pre-ordered. Hot pies will be available to purchase from the bar after catering closes.
